Thanks for this brotha. Made me think about nature and how we're part of it. Ive been trying to be positive but it seems like no matter what i end up catching myself think in a negative mindset as if that mindset is my regular way of thinking. Any tips to change this?
@@rafamadrigal12 yes! i had the same problem years ago and still have it if i´m not AWARE OF MY THOUGHTS...what i have noticed in my case was, that i had formed my negative mindset for decades and it was not something i could change in a day or so, its just the nature of it! its like a muscle it just can not build up that fast but the more you´re aware of it, the more you see the lies you´re trying to believe (thats why those thoughts feel bad) and you WILL/HAVE TO train it. What you assume to be, you are! it´s a law... meditate brother, i mean really meditate with the intention to think the best thoughts you have access to at that moment, believe me do this for an hour, and you will go nuts (in a positive way) + you will see positive things starting to happen arround you, it a bit creepy once you notice that, but amazing at the same time....this is my personal secret weapon when S**T hits the fan and in my case the shortest way out of the negative mindset! much love my friend

@@rafamadrigal12 as kukulkanmentioned, meditating is good. I don't meditate often at all but when I am going to sleep I'll sometimes find a RUclips video specifically designed for meditating while falling asleep. Aside from that, there's two things I've found really helpful: the first is to understand that it's okay to have negative thoughts sometimes. I used to get so down that my negative thoughts then made me feel like there's something wrong with me which then made me think even more negative. It's okay to have these thoughts. The second thing that I'd recommend, if you've not done so already, is see a doctor and consider getting on medication. When I first got on medication I felt defeated and was in a bad place going through anxiety every day. The medication helped a ton. It helped me to get out and feel good about life again.

To be detached from fear means that you can experience it but still be able to act independently not to be influenced by it
Don't fight the fear but tune into it. It's a part of you that is screaming, all you have to do is listen

I am curious what you all see when you see this video. I see almost all 2d videos as 3d videos (there isn't much difference between them)....and I see all kinds of warping twisting going on....where the 3d image of the brain spins and distorts itself and then turns into a flat sheet. Then it un-flattens itself into a 3d shape again.

Hi Alana, i understand you, and this is how i solved.
I was full of anxiety and the think to be worry don't stop to emerge. The reason to worry was so many that was impossible to remember all of them, then i understand that i can continue to stay in that state of mind for the rest of my life, try to solve all the problem that i can and it will be not enought cause more time passing, more problem rise and grow. At this point i made a choise, stop to lissen all of them and start to see the opposite side, the side full of think to be gratefull. So, the next problem that try to rise say to them that you don't have anymore time cause you're are too busy to see the side of the gratitude and love.
Continue to do your live but don't stop to keep your eyes on the bright side.

Hey Alana, I’m so sorry you are going through this horrible and debilitating illness. I want to to let you know you are not alone I have suffered for over 25 years and there’s been quite a few times that I thought I wanted to finish my life, but every time I had something stop me. Please get some Rhodiola tablets they have changed my life around. Rhodiola is natural herb 🌿 which relieves anxiety, stress, worry etc and does what anti depressant do that you get at a doctor’s. Also please get some therapy like cbt, counselling, psychiatric therapy this will get to the root cause of the depression. Also try and get out for a walk or go to the gym. This will make you feel better too.
Anyway I do hope you are doing great and feeling better and let me know how you are doing. Keep ya head up baby 🙏🏽
