As cheap and quick as this area was done in Eisner-era Disney, the thought behind theming everything from the roads to the planters to the "cousins" cast members was still so imaginative. Light years beyond anything Disney has done since. Thank God we have Epic Universe coming. 🎉
Heartbroken. I love Chester and Hester’s. Honestly one of my favorite parts of my favorite park. I loved winning a themed stuffed animal for cheap. I’m mostly upset that the planned replacement doesn’t contain any animal exhibits
I'm very upset that they only decided to bring out Chester and Hester the day it closed, and to cast members only. I was there on Saturday to say goodbye to Dinoland, and I would have absolutely bawled if I had gotten to meet them. They should have been out for a month or two.
I remember when Magic bands were free. And when will you folks stop giving disney the benefit of the doubt. You should be raising hell that after 5 years you still can't walk in and out of disney parks in Florida. Its really sad.

They could have expanded the land and made it about that infatuation from the countdown to extension ride, but nooooo they have to make it about something that barely is about animals, yes it has them but it's not about them

I have to give credit to the lovely Molly from Mammoth Club who did this land a great service with her in depth videos and effusive passion on the subject. I do really enjoy this place cuz of her and will miss it greatly. I wonder if we will ever again just allow the Imagineers to go ham again with their og non-IP ideas in the American parks.
The only reason reservations are required is so Disney knows the exact number of patrons will be at the parks - so they can staff the minimum number of employees to serve them. Wouldn’t want to have too many employees in the park. Might result in happy customers… Punish Disney for this nonsense by going elsewhere.
Yeah, I went Saturday and they sold out at the Galaxy Drop, and I was there for the last 2 at the Whack-a-Pachy, but the same guy won the last 4 :/ There were about 20 left at the basketball one, but that one is so damn hard to win.

The movie was fine. No one needed it but it wasn’t horrible. Definitely would watch recommend watching on Disney+ with a bottle of vodka cough cough I mean wine like you said or whatever

I wanted them to make the entire area a time travel update to a cretaceous forest keeping dinosaur and the dig site and losing everything else.
