Just super!!! Which brand of fondant ice is this please..I cannot get mine to work like this...it sticks or dries out, I cannot get the cleaness from it that you have there, and in all your modelling works

Hi Rachel, brands that really work for me are Squires Kitchen fondant, Satin Ice (gumpaste) or Modecor Modeling paste, however the last one is not everywhere available I think.
If your fondant dries out, you can add some moisture by making your hands wet and knead till your hands are dry and the fondant is not sticky anymore.
If it's too sticky, use some crisco on your hands and add a pinch of Tylose to it, always seal it in a plastic bag when you don't use it or it dries out too fast.
