sorry to be offtopic but does anyone know of a method to get back into an Instagram account..? I was stupid lost the account password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me.
Had left Southampton a year previous and moved to Redditch after supporting them for 51 years. Watched the game on tele just my wife and myself to celebrate, so proud to be a Mush
what a great day that was for southampton fc and we are still in the premier league today against all the odds. as a loyal australian fan out here in cairns for over 55 years i can only say go soton & thanks nigel adkins.
I will never forget this day. Working until half time 5 miles away, cycling home & hearing the roar from the crowd as I got to Jurys Inn, got home & the TV on just in time to see the next goal & hearing the crowd roar again. Watching the pitch invasion live & then getting picked up by a hyper Iwan Thomas by the Premier shop as I went to buy drink! Amazing! Wish I'd taken the day off & went to the game.
It's surprising how many of your in-demand players started this game. Your academy speaks for itself, but this club makes an excellent case for the fact that what people call "world class players" are not the be all and end all - there's so much potential in the lower teams. Acquiring Tadic, Pelle and Aldewiereld only adds to that tradition.
What a fantastic memory. I remember it so clearly, even though I was following the scores on my phone as I was in a meeting. Truly jubilant scenes at the final whistle. Just brilliant!
I was there that day….as a Coventry fan. We’d already been relegated and we only there for shiggles. We got battered on the pitch, (which was expected), but afterwards we were in the Slug and Lettuce in Southampton with their fans celebrating, we congratulated them, they commiserated us and we all sang a rousing rendition of ‘you can stick you f****** bubbles up your a***’ in reference to West Ham who were fighting Southampton for promotion. It was a great day despite Coventry’s dire performance. 😂
I was there, I'm a massive saints fan , but Coventry are a good club I feel sorry for them , their fans have been through a lot, with having no ground and playing in Birmingham shocking
Taking a break from Ralph's reveloution to enjoy this throwback

Addition to my comment - Not that you're a small team anymore

Oh saints, if we do get relegated, let this be the last game of the 2023/24 season.
Why does this footage look ancient? it's only 2012.
And now they are relegated again
Adkin was a decent manager
