Hello you two, can’t believe I only just found this channel…absolutely love your banter, very informative, and just a great channel…..really looking forward to your continental trip
All those recommendations in the Alsace are good, there's a castle worth a visit called haunt koenersberg I think, Grindelwald and nearby lauterbrunnen very nice too👍
Hi, make a detour when in Switzerland to the town of interlaken it’s loverly but then must go up to the valley of Lauterbrunnan , 40 minute journey . Totally stunning and has a 4*campsite in the valley of waterfalls within a 10 minute walk into town with everything you would need pubs and restaurants ect . Also must take the mountain railway up to Wengen and other villages for breathtaking views. A rail pass is something to consider if you are there for 3-5 nights . You will want to go back if you see it in good weather , not cheap but amazing spectacular scenery . Looks like a great route you are planning and we also have done similar to you on motorbikes and caravans but now we have a motorhome and must mention Freiburg is a must after Colmar as you head towards Lucerne . So much to see and do. Whatever enjoy your trip 👍
Hi, while you are visiting The South of France, visit to Port Grimaud, it is a lovely place. You can catch a boat to St Tropez. We stayed at Holiday Marina Resort in our motorhome last year.
Guys you absolutely must put Equiesham on your list - it's a few miles from colmar and way prettier in my opinion ❤ also if going to titusee then I can definitely recommend Camping Sandbanks ❤ enjoy your trip. X
Hi if you are travelling in Switzerland on 1 August you can see the celebrations of Switzerland day. I was at Interlaken a few years ago and it was well worth a visit. Take care Gill
