See, people don't appreciate the good stuff. We have stupid pop stars being idolized for nothing more than weird costumes, and we don't appreciate this amazing woman. thank God Madonna is around. She has brains to think about issues, and she has the balls to speak her mind. I think what a lot of these teenagers who are being bullied at high school dont realise is that its only a very short period of your life which is over in a few years.After graduation its all over.Then you move onto college/university or a career. As Ellen and Madonna both point out usually its the victims of bullying that go on to lead successful lives and the bullies end up being losers.

My point is regardless of the reason why someone is being bullied, resorting to suicide is not going to help the situation. Race, religious background and sexual orientation may or may not be ways in which a minority of a group may or may not feel like an outcast.

you think Gays are the only people that get bullied? Everyone does its part of growing up it makes you a strong person. I have always stuck up for people that have been bullied, some crazy people get off picking on the weak. I guess they feel it lifts them up? As humans we should stick up for each other and not allow people to put others down and not stand by and watch a group of people pick on someone who is different.

I don't think you get it, Lady Gaga didn't invent speaking up for the gays. First you say people did before Madonna, then you say that Madonna only speaks because of Gaga. She's talked about gay rights alot before, and made statements for gay rights in all of her shows. In the words of Madonna, "look it up." @TheSolitaryHeart I agree with you, Ladt Gaga is phony. Even if she does care for her fans or the gays, it doesn't come across as real; it just seems so contrived. Madonna is always genuinely sincere when she speaks out about something she believes in. And even though I don't know her or her parenting style, I do know that she's a great mother. People have to realize that Madonna is a grown woman; Gaga still has some growing up to do.

Her alter ego. Minaj has one and so do a bunch of people. I have one. Sometimes you develop it like some artists I know, other times its called a MULTIPLE PERSONALITY DISORDER. As in the case of Gaga and Minaj. Dressing up as Joe is just saying that at this point she isn't Gaga, she's a different person. I don't approve of homosexuality but a true Christian wouldn't promote violence against gays and should promote that God is the judge of people. The second greatest commandment of loving your neighbor as yourself and the parable about the Good Samaritan puts too shame those who promote bullying in general. The Bible itself predicted the critical times we live in and that these times will be temporary. Learn all you can about God's will and find guidance to deal with these times!
