That was really interesting. You can walk in the Gnu forest, lose yourself in time and place, (and spelling too). But if you are looking for a specific landscape feature, with all the toys we have now, locating us to the nearest metre. Amazing. And there's the white chalk, plain to see. Concentric rings. Not far away, another circle, a 3000 year-old burial mound, what a great day to be splodging about in the rain!
    Nick.

Thanks Nick, yep, many an hour spent in the rain. All good fun though!

Hi, thanks - I have to say this, just as a quick disclaimer for myself, plus so I hope you don't get into any issues - drone flying forbidden over New Forest land except with permission or if you're part of the RAF Beaulieu model flying club. Just wanted to comment in case you were not part of club or weren't aware - sure you are though, so good luck with your adventures :-)

@@coolhatpaul3903 Thanks Paul, and I hope that wasn't patronising. Sometimes videos like mine can encourage people who don't know the New Forest rules so I try to protect myself from anyone saying I've encouraged anything - If you get any footage please do tell me as would love to see it :-)
