With its weakness being multiple strong attacks in a short period of time. Impact recoil also allows the user to absorb any impact thrown at them and reflect it upon their attackers. Physique: Shigiraki’s Nomu body Most of the stats are practically useless because Shigaraki as a Nomu was stated to be on par with Prime All Might multiple times even without any of his quirks active because they were being canceled by Eraser. Intelligence: Kyudai Garakai I mean… what he has been able to accomplish while working under All for one speaks for itself. Strategy: Izuku Midoriya We’ve seen him on multiple occasions being able to think of strategies in a few seconds on the fly to defeat his opponents. Combat skills: Stain Like is there any other besides him who is more skilled in combat? He was keeping up with a One for All enhanced Midoriya and winning. Even though Midoriya was less skilled and experienced. Stain being able to match a Midoryia that can dodge bullets speaks volumes of his combat skills. Perception: I mean Tomura’s Nomu Body quite literally has the Search quirk built into him he could find any enemy in an unlimited range as the limit to the search quirk is 100 people. Emotional control: You know what I’m gonna say… It’s a freaking Nomu. Nomu’s can’t feel anything as they’re basically walking corpses. Adaptability: Ngl it was easy finding a better pick from Toga but I’m choosing the best options and that’s Bakugo Katsuki. In terms of strategy he isn’t far off from Midoriya but he’s got one thing going for him that Midoriya doesn’t have. His adaptability. He can put the strategies into use way faster than Midoriya does. Thus why I think he’s the best choice. Then lastly for Leadership it’s gotta be Redestro. He is the president and CEO of a large coma by. Along with being the Leader of the biggest villain organization we’ve seen in MHA. That speaks volumes of what kind of leadership skills he has.

ye i noticed that too, take gran torino for example, without his quirk hed be one of the slowest charecters in the show, unless you assume you stole grantorinos power with the all for one ability, in wich case all of this is unnecessary anyways just say your charecter stole all quirks with all for one bam most powerful character
