FFG - Carb Rejet & Tune - 2001 Honda Xr70r

My boy is getting pretty good and wanted to try his hand at the rejet. The Blackpath exhaust has solid airflow and is causing a lean state at start-up. The needle was at 5 + washer to get the idle right...not good.
Mechanically sound is not tuned. If it's FFG Tuned, it's first kick. ;)
