at 29:10 how it is 1/2 * D(E_f) * E_g, is half coming because of probability near fermi surface is 1/2 and interval is E_g+- 1/2 but he's telling something else about 2 pairs of electrons at 42:43 right top most diagram is for Super conductor not ideal conductor, bottom one is ideal conductor (just label position ambiguity if anyone is confused)
i have joined for this course now,but it starts only on jan 18 2021,but am not able to see week 1 leture videos..why is it like that,is it because that the course havnt started???

No the top one is for ideal conductor only, it shows that it resists a change in B flux....lenz law
