Hence we see in his vision of Titus having spikes and symbol of chaos on his armor stab him. But Titus has no fear to exploit so the deamon gets killed.

Titus when he is immune to Chaos corruption not because of pre-existing Chaos taint, Grey Knights-level conditioning or latent Blank abilities, but solely because he just doesn't give a fuck:
I'd imagine it's due to Titus' resistance against the Warp. Canonically, Titus (spoilers for both space marine games) has handled multiple insanely powerful Chaos relics, killed a Chaos Lord, a Lord of Change, and now 2 Sorcerers of Tzeentch given his kill in this Secret Level episode. He's also literally run into the Warp twice, escaped twice, and ultimately conquered any corruption of the mind or body -- which is TREMENDOUSLY rare for anyone to do even once. For whatever reason, Titus seems to possess an extraordinarily stout mind and a singular, all-encompassing drive to serve the Emperor of Mankind -- two things in the 40k universe that can manifest into tangible protective power. It's heavily implied (particularly in SM2) that Titus has been chosen and blessed by the Emperor himself. Whether the great deeds and steadfast mind came before or after Big E's blessing, he's definitely got some kind of major resistance against Chaos / the Warp -- call it plot armor, call it the Emperor's blessing, call it Titus' own determination and strength of purpose -- it's likely a mixture of all 3. Titus' pupils not dilating is his physical response (or rather, a lack of physical response) to the Sorceror fishing for terror or any kind of psychological leverage and finding nothing -- Titus' body is basically the cash register for all of the vulnerable stuff like his psyche and soul, something that the Sorcerer likely expects it will find and exploit in anyone -- from the humblest chapter serf to the most avaricious Daemon. Titus' eyes not dilating is the equivalent to having the Sorcerer open the register to find that there wasn't any money in the register to begin with. There was no terror. There was no doubt. No alternate aspirations. No guilt. "Error: insufficient funds. Psychic attack denied."
