I think this song has different version with the one played in drama. CMIIW i think the vibe in this official release is also more upbeat. I’m glad he is in ASTRO! They are talented but it’s hard to get recognized when you’re not in a big company. Having him in ASTRO helps bring more attention to the group and also allows them to have more of a chance. Fantagio really got lucky to have him.

Yes, in drama, they only use original clip from 0:00 - 0:12 but for the rest, they change it little bit.
For example they make the chorus slower and no male singer singing in the rapping part (just sound of female rapper)

This is my first Kdrama TV series that I watched (recommended by a friend) and I WAS SHOOK... IM NOT INTO KOREANS... BUT THIS IS SO GOOD... I LOVE THE 2 MAIN CHARACTERS 💙 Especially Do Kyung Suk, he didn’t care about your looks and had a nice personality. It was cute and I Shazamed this song. ~here from Netflix~
