लेकिन जब मैंने वहां एनसीएल बनाने के लिए गया तो उन्हें कहा कि, तुम्हारे पिताजी को जिस जिले में भुगतान मिलता है वहीं से बनवाओ,मतलब अमरावती से.
तो बात यह है- क्या कास्ट सर्टिफिकेट अलग जिले का और नॉन क्रीमलेयर अलग जिले का बनवाउ तो चलेगा क्या।

Sir mera ek doubt tha ki non creamy layer ki eligibility ke liye sirf mere father ki income dekhi jayegi ya usme meri income ka bhi koi role hota hai. For example agr meri salana income agr much 9 lakh ke aas pass Hai aur mere father ki salana income 4 lakh hai toh kya main eligible hu non creamy layer ke liye? Doubt isiliye hota kyunki Kaafi log bar bar “Family income “ word use Karte hai aur agr dekha jaye toh Family income main toh meri income bhi include hoti hai.
