واسه پخت فسنجون بعد از هفت دقیقه از اینکه مرغ در نمک و ادویه و پیاز آب پز شد ،اون موقع مواد رو در شکم مرغ بریزین و اون رو بدوزین اینجوری طعم مواد به خورد مرغ میره و فسنجون خوبی درست میشه
