Edit: My god... Your Mona didn't even have the C6 buff, you can see it above the health bar, it is 8 seconds duration.
I did 146K with a worse built wanderer-set C0 Mona Level 70/80 - 6/1/8 against enemy Level 88, if I had C6 it would be more than 245K on a Level 93 enemy.
I'm pretty sure your charged attack didn't vape or crit, I wish you showed the supports stats cuz something was off. Either way this team and rotation could be improved, by stacking after setting up. With Yanfei on TT+Instructor (or Tenacity for easier proc), and R5 Widsith EM buff, Mona will do way more charged damage.
1- Mona Skill
2- Bennet Burst
3- Kazuha Burst (Swirl Hydro, Pyro absorption)
4- Yanfei Burst on Instructor (Skill on Tenacity (Skill+Burst if C4))
5- Mona Burst ( _off-field Kazuha pops bubble_ )
6- Mona sprint 3s (Don't apply Hydro)
7- Mona charge

burst dps c6 can hit over a mil and on field dps can do over 100k when built right, better than dps diluc
