Klavdia MUST win. For me, Evangelia's song is like a huge confusing party, and it doesn't cover me at all. The best international song that is actually a "safer" option, is BARBZ's Sirens, that it's really a pretty nice song with Billie Eilish vibes. I can't understand why is so down in the odds, probably because hellenic eurofans are something like biased with Evangelia. Anyway, nothing matters in front of Klavdia's song. Really, her lyrics are chilling, the song is incredibly high-quality and traditional, that is, this is Hellas, it is about exporting culture. And Klavdia is excellent in vocals. Here we don't even care whether she makes it to the final or not. If it doesn't go well, it will mean that she is simply superior to Eurovision, we are not going for the ranking with such a song, but for the thrill and to make a pure and cultural demonstration.
@thetruth1107 I love how much you love and own the song. I'm sure that whatever the outcome, this song will get the recognition it deserves in Greece. Even the international fans love it already. This year Greece organised a great national final. The songs are very good. We have to congratulate the channel for that.
This song is actually a dirge (My sweet mother, don't cry for me even if they wear black for you, the flames cannot defeat my faded body). In fact, from what I can understand, the narrator is the dead daughter, who is addressing her grieving mother. All this in purely poetic Greek verse, which, in order to be understood even by the most educated native speakers, requires analysis, and the meaning may have multiple interpretations.
It is a beautiful proof that music is universal. Even though I didn't understand the lyrics of the song, it affected me a lot while listening to it. It is really a song with a soul. I love it very, very much!
It is good to see that there is someone who thinks like me. Because from this point of view, the competition becomes much more enjoyable and everyone's success is appreciated in the right way. 💖
Hello everyone. What do you think, do you think Klavdia can win the national final and represent Greece in Basel? Who is your favorite?
tabı ki canım. Claudia kesinlikle kazanan. Sesi, müziği ve sözleri birer şaheser.
Tek ihtiyacınız olan güzel bir sahne duruşu.

I couldn't agree more with what you describe as a successful entry in eurovision

Well said. Some songs achieve a good place, but others will be remember. How one can said the latter didn't was successful.
When we spread this perspective throughout the competition, we will be a great community and we will congratulate our artists more. 💖
