Hi Wathsala 😊 I dry my toppers in an AC room. Yes, I made my toppers 1-3 days before making the cake. I just let them sit in the AC room, and when I turned off the AC, I just closed the room's door. 😊

Hello 80shilpi 😊 I usually use Americolor edible pen, Fondx or Bakels fondant, and yes I use CMC when making my fondant topper tutorials.. But when I was selling cakes, I didnt use CMC, I just dried the parts separately and stick them together when they had hardened.
@@80shilpi It depended on what I needed.. sometimes I used pen..another time I made a small line of fondant.. maybe next time I'll try to use small brush 😊

Hi Elena! I use Fondx brand fondant.. Fresh fondant is usually still soft so it's easy to smooth the surface 😊
