I just deleted app for same reason even though I never ordered from them before. Everyone loves a good deal but I feel like these apps make people purchase more than they need just because of the discount. Which in turn means more junk in the trash landfill and thrift stores.
I need to have everything in its place but my hubby God bless him he just leaves things everywhere,(but he tries )so I’m constantly decluttering and organizing 😊 really enjoyed your video 😊

Great video! We have dirty laundry bins for each person but only one clean basket so when your load is dry you take it to your room in the basket, dump it on your bed and put the clean basket back on the dryer. Just FYI.
I try to de-clutter when I Spring clean and Fall clean. We have been working in closets this week. Lynn, I do the sniff test too in my boy's rooms, you never know if its clean or dirty!!! lol You are such an inspiration to all of us and if no one has told YOU today YOU are appreciated and loved as well!!!!

Girl, I am loving all these cleaning and decluttering videos lately! So motivating. I’m like you with my girls that I’ve had to learn that they’re not making a mess or destroying my organization of their stuff on purpose. I have one girl who is very creative and messy and another who is very neat and tidy. It’s difficult to navigate their differences sometimes but we’re all doing our best ❤

I have been watching your channel for a few years now. I have to say that watching you go through this recent move has been a very good learning experience for us all. Not that our wants and needs are not important but sometimes you just have to put your family first. Your fitted sheet folding is epic. I thought I was the only one who wrassles and tussles my way through it. It works for me which is all that matters. I also like your six month limit on seeing if you will use something. It is so easy to end up with tons of things saved for just-in-case that I never end up using. Love your channel!

I declutter before school and at the end of January for sure. I also will do it as needed. My daughter had a 3.5” growth spurt this last summer, so we had to do a big declutter of her dresser and closet not to long ago. I also usually do holiday decor as we pull it out for the season. We love you and your doing amazing! ❤

I have spent a lot of money on beddy’s, because I thought it was such a good idea! My sons didn’t like them, let alone love them. I have finally learned to respect their space, and let it be. 😊
The rectangular 9 volt batteries have the connections in contact with the Size D battery in your case. For safety and the longevity in your batteries I personally would put the 9 volts in a separate compartment. Loved your video!!❤
We declutter based on the things that we are no longer using and is just taking up space. For clothes we declutter them as we grow out of them 😊 I am always decluttering so I never have a massive amount to do at once but my son and husband have way too much and they don’t want to let go so when the house gets too “messy” I always facilitate how they should go about parting with their items and when they see that I don’t have things I need to get rid of that motivate them to declutter on their own. It’s a win win since they hate to clean and do laundry and I’m no longer picking up after them.
Thanks for decluttering encouragement! Just a little safety suggestion--the large TV screen should be anchored somehow because small children can pull/knock them over and have them fall on them. You can toggle it to the wall with anti-tipping straps.

Honestly, I'm decluttering little bits all the time. This past weekend I went through the top of my closet and my corner cabinet again. Today I went through my tea area and 1 cabinet drawer. Don't think you need to do a ton of decluttering at one time to make it worth it. 🙂

I love when you attack the clutter with a trash bag like that 💪 It's so satisfying to see, I always hope you'll have to do the same in the master bedroom as it's where the clutter is the hardest to toss for me. Magazines/catalogs/nicer clothes store flyers and mostly clothes that can't be sold or donated.

But need to do it in the Fall too. I have like 3 junk drawers🤦♀️ But I dont have a usable basement or a garage. So I dont have any storage. I raised my 4 kids here as a single mom♡ 4 bdrm 2 bath. When my daughter's moved out I didnt have the heart to get rid of any of their stuff so my bedroom looks like a storage unit. Ive been putting off goibg through it:/ I raised them completely by myself & they are my everything. So when they moved out I had a hard time. It was almost a year after my oldest moved out before I even went into her room to get the stuff out that she left. Its been 5 years now.. I really need to go through everything in my room & start using my space again.

I spent less than $20 on a battery organizer at WM & love it. Double sided, sturdy, plenty of space for loads of batteries and includes a tester!😊
