DUDE. I bought Percival today and I was sitting with it on my skin going "wait....this smells like fierce?" and I cannottttt believe you just mentioned that in this video. knew I wasn't crazy. its really damn good though
But it has been reformulated to 82% concentration so it is night as good as people say it is because a lot of reviewers own older batches so…think about it
I’ve tried some testers expecting to love Layton but honestly it’s too sweet and vanillary - I honestly prefer the more blue and soapy scent of Percival
Sorry about the static and for any issues with videos prior to this one. This video was where I changed the way I make videos and will be better audio and less adhd in videos to come
They both smell amazing but i feel like they smell like something ive smelled before. The layton actually smells a lot like azzaro sport with the lavender which im not a big fan of lavender fragrences. I think percival smells really great but it smells a lot like the new profundo edp which is cheaper. Hard to justify pulling the trigger unless it lasts at least 6-8 hours
This is probably the most overall well rounded fragrance I have found in a long time. It will work as well in the fal and winter as it will in the spring in summer. It hits all the marks of a signature scent
@@mikec5349 if you find it at the right price yes but it is a more natural version of less expensive fragrances like Mont Blanc legend and A&F fierce. With that said if you want to pick up the best PDM for spring and summer it’s sedley and Percival but both wouldn’t be able to be worn outside of warmer months. Layton is the most versatile in the line but can’t be worn in summer where you live. Because Percival is close to those other fragrances I personally will never buy a full bottle
Are u looking in the right spot because I’ve been to 3 since this video two out of my state. There is one sections that has just random colognes then you have to go to where the makeup is and they are all spread around that area. I hope this helps I am by no means a nordstrom expert but from people I’ve spoke with If you have an actuall Nordstrom they all have some niche they are just spread out across the store so check every corner
There’s a tom ford makeup section in which u will find a stand of their colognes, then there is a bunch of other sections mixed into the beauty section just ask an employee. Again there is a separate section just for designer fragrances but that’s not where to look. I live in Pittsburgh
Also u may just have a mini nordstroms or just a nordstrom rack… look on their website and type in creed Aventus and hit pickup at store and see if your store has it. If it does then yours just doesn’t if it does then look near makeup
I have always wanted to try Layton. I have never tried a niche outside of guerlain but that’s on the fence of designer and niche

Yep just like it but higher quality and lasts longer!
Been having my eye on Layton. If it's long lasting I'll cop for sure
It’s an EDP and it lasted on me the last two days about 8-9 hours. It’s great

It last more than that just purchased and tested it! :)
That’s a weird set up for Nordstrom, what major market did you go to??
I love percival it’s really good
Animo compadre keep working hard
Thanks so much for the support
can you wear layton in all occasions/seasons

@@FragranceDOUD is it suitable for climates like miami? Something like 85 degrees
@@mikec5349 now that I had time to get more wears on it no. I would say summers in Miami would not be the ideal time for layton
@@FragranceDOUD would you recommend percival instead then? I've heard it's quite versatile and can be worn across many seasons

Where do you live because my Nordstrom doesn't have any Niche Frags

And if for some reason it doesn’t and you have a Bloomingdale’s or a sacks fifth Ave near you those two places definitely sell them
I know 100% mine doesn't have any of the frags in this video. Most they have are designers, and higher end designers.
Check out Godolphin and Greenley someday.
I have greenly on the way about to review when it arrives, my buddy has a sample of godolphin I want to get my hands on what is it like?
@@FragranceDOUD Its a leather fragrance which I'm a big fan of in general. Tom Ford ombre leather(not the parfum version) is excellent as well.
You must invest in better microphone, it's crucial. I can't hear you well.. only when you scream haha
