I think if you interrupt and talk over another candidate and do not stop after being called down, you should get a mark, and if you get enough marks, you are disqualified and removed from the debate. I don't see how anything is accomplished when two or more people are jabbering at the same time trying to out-talk each other.

Problem with presidential primary debates is moderators pick and choose to either prop up a candidate or seek confrontation between the leaders rather than giving equal time to all on the same questions. Debates absolutely need to have an automatic microphone cut off when time is up.

I couldn’t watch these little league GOP presidential candidates debate after seeing for 5 minutes into it. They really showed their bad behavior by talking over each other without giving the respect of letting the other candidate finish what they were saying. And the nerve of Christie and DeSantis going after the biggest GOP front runner DJT for not being onstage at the debate. There is no need for Trump to waste his time with these clowns with most of them in single digits in the polls. Trump already has a positive proven track record as president and doesn’t need to defend what he already did in a positive way for our people and our country. Trump will go up even higher in the polls even without having to show up. Trump made a great choice in speaking with the auto workers on strike in Michigan instead. These “wanebes are digging themselves a deeper hole by debating and acting like junior high children. Pathetic indeed and more and more that we see them, they show more and more of their true selves in a negative way.
