Hands down the definitive recording of this. Brautigam utilizes the forte piano perfectly.
Not many Beethoven works that I prefer on the fortepiano, but the first movement sounds outstanding compared to a modern Steinway- captures so much more of the liveliness and rhythm
makes your ears look up in recognition
....and your eyes looking up in absolute tears!
What is the name of this painting? Anyone?
CziffraTheThird it is "Burg Scharfenberg at Night" by Ernst Ferdinand Oehme
CziffraTheThird Aha nevermind! The name is in the title screen.
@@ZohairABS Might I add.....what an astonishing painting at that! What year was it painted?
@@CziffraTheThirdIt was crafted in 1827, when Beethoven was still around.
