Hope you will do the review soon of (verna 1.5 manual), so that as a follower we get a complete idea of which is the best car in that segment. (If possible the 1.5 manual version).
Who will spend 20 to 22 lakh on 42 kwh battery, when mahindra 6e with 59 kwh( 556 km range) start at 18.9. Hundai don't even put reliable LFP battery. Spacious Windsor start at 13.5, 45 kwh nexon at 14.9, full feature 45 kwh presmatic battery curve at 17.5. Plus creta ev not even born ev.

I think hundai made mistake with NMC battery, no body buying nmc XUV 400. LFP battery has more charge cycle and safe( hot climate) than NMC. It should priced very below 15. Spacious windsor start at 13.5 , full feature 45 kwh curve at 17.5.

It is about what tech each company invested. When they started, European companies went for NMC because they are energy dense. Chinese manufacturers went for LFP which takes up more space for equivalent battery capacity but had more service life…but over time, because of how much advancement they made, now LFPs are cheaper and also much more energy dense
What will be the percentage reduction in range per year for electric cars due to decreasing battery life? I think ICE cars are better choice for a person who drives only 1000 km per month.
He didn’t even cover the low hanging battery pack that is sure to scrape speed bumps. NMC also has lower battery life which he didn’t cover properly. This was an overly positive review
With the prices announced , most likely this is going to have the fate like Alcazar. Dealers will be less interested in selling this compared to the ICE Creta and we are going to see good discounts in the coming months.

Indian reviewers are always favouring foreign companies. They won't talk much about the cons of the foreign born vehicles. I have personal experience with MG Comet EV. I have found the following cons which are nowhere mentioned in the cyber world. 1. The regen got switched off suddenly when it falls in a potholes, when you turn the vehicle suddenly or during sudden breaking. The technicians told me that the issue is not a glitch, it is made for protecting the regen system. The fact is when the regen got off suddenly, the driver lose the control a bit. Does the regen needs that kind of protection? Is the regen system below par quality? 1) The switches got complaint very quickly and it doesn't not include in the warranty. My power window switch got damaged and it costs me 2007 rs. They told that power window switch needs to be used carefully and should not put more pressure. This is learnt to be a usual problem with the comet. 3) 8 months use gave me two cons that the mg technicians are aware, that are not mentioned by any of the reviewers. 4) Reviewers can be bought?

There is an unmistakable cheap look on plastic components. Not a fan of NMC batteries. Battery placement and underbody looks unfinished. It all boils down to pricing. It will only sell if it's priced like MG windsor.
