Wimborne DSME Passenger Eye View

Take a trip around Wimborne District Society of Model Engineers 5" gauge ground level railway.
Our member Anthony films Ryan driving his Somerset and Dorset 2-8-0 '7F' live steam locomotive during a hot summers day. The train navigates its way from Platform 1, through fully signalled junctions, up and down gradient's, over a river bridge and into the woods, through a tunnel and then starts to makes it's way back to the main station.

We run trains every 1st and 3rd Sunday between Easter Sunday and October. All train rides are free but donations are welcome.
