becos the used battery can shorten the lifetime of the new ones. it like spoils the new batteries. it can even damage the lightstick. actually it applies to any device, new and old batteries shouldnt be used together :)

it's actually blue/pink when it lights up in real life... on the camera, it shows white, but in real life, its actually a beautiful rose quartz/serenity color....that's why i said in the description box that it's way beautiful in real life because the camera doesn't do justice. at 2:10 that's probably the closest colors on camera that shows up in real life... i tried my best to show how the true colors looked ^^
