Sure, people had their favorites, but it was almost uncool to not be open minded and not want to connect with each other through a common love of music. It was important to know about, and have some experiences with, whatever was on the music menu.

Lindsey ran out of material after Rumors and began another round of experimentation and new songs that would become Tusk and rest into Law and Order and Mirage. Using his work as FM would continue in Tango and Say You Will, and later the Buckingham-McVie album which was essentially a FM album without Stevie, but since the Diva refused to participate, forced them NOT to release it as FM. And now they are no more. Sad way to end, over Diva antics.
