▸ Lovely ground floor apartment with 9 square meters of roof terrace in a southwest location. Here you live in a house from 1884 with furnished attic from 2010. The apartment's entrance floor preserves the 1880s with light wooden floors, generous ceiling height and tiled stove. There is an open-plan kitchen and living room with plenty of space for social events. The floor upstairs has a more modern and private character with TV room, cozy bedroom and the large roof terrace. Toilet / bathroom is on both floors. In the lower one there is a washer and dryer, in the upper one a large bathroom with a spa feel. Thanks to many and large windows on both floors and in the ceiling, the apartment has a large amount of light.
An obvious balance between the impressive aesthetics of the 19th century and the inner city's contemporary demands for function, here we have a sanctuary for you who are looking for that little extra.
you can still rest your eyes on the fantastic facade decor. In the home you have almost 3.30 meters in ceiling height, swollen stucco, nice wooden floors, beautiful moldings and ceiling rosettes. Here you have a generously sized kitchen in the former back cottage and a really large bathroom with washing machine and new dryer. The rooms in the file are decorated by a functioning beautiful tiled stove and two really large bedrooms.
Private accommodation with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large social family kitchen, high ceilings, high windows, preserved turn-of-the-century charm and working tiled stove. In addition, sun-drenched balcony in a straight south-facing position and low fee! A home that must be experienced!

Very good video, so I have subscribed. I love clean, bright, uncluttered minimalist homes full of light and fresh air ❤

I am 100% Scandi in my design esthetic & aspirations, and a minimalist, but the kitchen and bathroom in the first video are a bit sterile and cold, even by Scandi standards....and somebody needs a bookshelf. LoL Another wonderful video to get inspired by. TY!

You put in the living room from the Friday video 💗 Today I was more interested in individual pieces than the style or design of the spaces. Except for the blackish kitchen 💗

yes, end screen is that amazing living room! :) Black kitchen is amazing, especially the one from Friday video, there was space shaped with kitchen furniture so dark color made it visually smaller and lit looks more welcoming, not to roughly..

Why can’t the British learn how to do Light filled homes like the Scandinavians do? With a gloomy grey weather outlook one would think it’s a no brainer? Even the new builds just don’t get it right.
