You said ‘mad dash for space’ talking about when you get there...do THEY tell you exactly where to park and set up or do you have a choice? Thank you!

Steve Grossman Yes, they do tell you where to park. After you depart the toll booth, you’ll form a single file line of cars into the camping area. You will be directed to a specific space. It resembles a parking lot. You’ll either camp in front of your vehicle or behind it. Once you get parked is where the mad dash part comes in. People will jump out of their cars and immediately claim land. To claim the most space you need to move quickly. People are not rude nor are they hard to get along with. If you need something just ask. Where you camp on the site depends on which entrance you come through. You don’t have a great deal of control where you camp unless you buy premium tickets. Getting there as early as possible can help.

Good video. Very informative. I think if you had some cut aways and maybe some demo's you would increase the views but as a purely informational video, very good! Thanks!

Hey i may sound like im joking but im serious. If you come by yourself the bathroom issue is solved. You get a 5 gallon bucket and one of those snap on toilet seats and do your business inside your tent. It has a sealed top to keep in the smell. Put a table cloth over it and it can double as a night stand.
Also, get up really early before anyone is around and dump it out about 4 tents down between the car and the tent. That way you can fix a bowl of cereal, sit out on your porch and laugh while you listen to them yell in disgust.
