- The Impossible 7 ft (2.3 Meter) Shawarma challenge! This is the worlds biggest shawarma challenge and an absolutely massive food challenge at Pita Land! Joel Hansen, a 5'11 man attempts to eat the 7ft long monster.

Vegetables: There's a reason parents have to try to force their kids to eat them. Kids know most vegetables are nutritionally inferior.
The self control that you have is so impressive. You make the challenge appear easy.

Tbf, after his health took a nose dive he was never able to eat fast again. That’s why he no longer takes part in the competitive eating scene anymore really, it literally almost killed him.

A lot of food challengers and competitive eaters train their stomachs to stretch and relax by eating large amounts of low calorie foods and drinking tons of water. After a while anyone can eat this much food if you train hard enough. Not that I'm saying it isn't impressive because most definitely it is.

I.e. randy's weakness is sweets (ice cream) and sandwiches swimming sauce(s)
your body will have to acid all the food real quick.

Hey Joel, great vid as always. This looked so good! Do you have a favorite or least favorite type of food to eat during a challenge or do you get fatigued eating burgers too often? I feel like I’d get sick of burgers or pizza really quick.
