I think his EX also steals health from the enemies in the perimeter in the 1st part of the whole animation an heals Doom for like 30% HP (but maybe it depends on the number of enemies there)

Make sure you're not confusing it with the health recovered from EX attacks from the Alliance Enhancement skill tree.

@@PseudoGameplayTV I can see what you mean now that I played around with the AE tree. I don’t know how to check it now when I have that 7% HP absorb knot unlocked without resetting the whole thing. I think I didn’t have it unlocked when I first noticed hp regen during EX on Doom. But maybe the animation of the Ex made me think that. Same thing with Thanos Infinite’s EX where there’s actual animation of the Soul Stone stealing hp.
