@@victorff1298 Brother you just complete your every events and dailies don't summon in every character banner, you just invest in the right banner like CT, EJ now LS and EN.
@@iSatishVlogs mine is 25 because of EX 4* weapon with legendary runes lvl 4 you can go above that to 26 with lvl 5 runes and if you awaken him up with dups you can go further 26.
