When we were teenagers, my brother and I were at Disneyland and my brother's heel came right off his boot the moment we entered the park. We were just broke kids and only had like $20 for the day and it wasn't flipflop season so any shoes were at least $40. We talked to a cast member to find out if there was a place he could get cheaper shoes, and she bought him a pair herself.

I had a panic attack at magic kingdom. I walked into a store because the bathroom had a line and the cast member left her station and held my hand, walked me into the baby station, got me cold water and a cold compress and let me stay in the dark until I felt okay. They talked to me and made me feel so safe.

Mood Lol. From my personal experience they don't necessarily pay the best, but you can work a lot of hours to kind of make up for it. Lots of overtime. Though they actually just announced a higher minimum pay raise. Effective by 2020. Thank god for Unions, for once.

Alexandra Stubbs it’s not just them. I was a simple attraction cast members. Our costume (uniforms) were NOT cute lol . I was working fast passes one day and peoples tickets allowing them to get fast passes would deactivate. A simple quick rub on your shirt would some how make tickets work again. A man came up with a non working ticket and like i did MANY times I rubbed and the Ticket worked.
When he left he he went “what do I have to rub to turn you on” 🤮🤮🤮🤮he was in his 50s or 60s I was 23 ! It was NASTY

Alexandra Stubbs I’ve heard a story about Snow White, and the poor girl had been the only character who had brown eyes and looked similar to Snow White, and I heard that this crazy man said “marry me, and I’ll kill every other Snow White with blue eyes, they’re imposters and we belong together” anyhoo, he went to Disney ever single Saturday to find this specific employee, thankfully, they banned him from Disney. Happy ending!
