Minecraft Tutorial: Enchanting Room w/ Selectable Strengths (part 1)

Quick note: There's a few times in the video where it comes to repeaters that I say "set to 1" when I really should've said "set to 2." Ignore me in regards to this and follow what you see instead. Apologies for that.
Enchanting Room Features:
10 levels of enchantment, covering enchanting strengths from 0-50 for accurate enchanting
+ button - to increase enchantment level by 1
- button - to decrease enchantment level by 1
set button - to set enchantment to max level
reset button - to set enchantment level to 0
level indicators - to show you which maximum strength is available at the selected level
