Stop the combine separator and set park brake 2 disengage feed accelerated and put on slow speed 3 engage separator reverse header 4 turn header off. 5 bump feed accelerator into gear with lever at low idle. It will clear the plug more often than not!
Umm. No. Best thing we found is a battery powered chain saw to cut up that material. When it’s wedged tight with green crop you are not turning it in any way.
Two things,one you've never run a combine and unplugged that accelerator roll, it's not that simple. Second if you bought a New Holland it doesn't have that stupid roll, so it never plugs
Put one in S670 this year, awesome piece. Only had it in corn so far, but runs very smooth. Alot less damage as well.

This is a good idea till you plug the roter then you are in a lot more trouble.
