Ingredients:
1 kg of fresh tomatoes
100 gram tamarind
4.5 tbsp salt (75 grams)
1.5 cup of vegetable oil (350 ml)
1.25 brown mustard seeds (rai)
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
100 gram kashmiri red chilli powder
Tadka
1 tbsp rai, 1 tsp chana dal
1 tsp whole urad dal, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
one or two hands full of curry leaves
1/4 tsp asafoetida , 6-7 whole red chillies
chopped Ginger & Garlic

Aap kis city me ho?? New Delhi jaha hum rehte hain 20 rs ya kabhi kabhi 10 rupees kg tomato mil raha hai es time. online order karte hain tb thoda costly pad jata hai. Abhi ka to yehi rate hai but rainy season me sari cheeze costly ho jayengi. Thanks for watching and commenting 😊.
