my girlfriend had had such thick curly red hair that it would poof about 2 inches above her head and she could only wear a pony tail o keep it down and had to keep it 24 inches long unless she wanted an afro, so one day in freshmen year of high school she shaved it off and wore wig, 10 years later she just keeps it shaved and walks around bald.
