Carmel by the Sea is gorgeous!! That invite, my heart, I am also Californian in that I was born in Santa Monica, but grew up in Northern California and lived in the Central Valley for a while, now back in Northern. ❤️
I think it’s really entertaining how similar our wedding journey has been timing wise. We also got engaged in July of 2018. Planned the wedding for May 16, 2020. And while you showed your invite I saw y’all were getting married at 1pm and realized we would have even been getting married at the same time. (Mine was at 4pm on the east coast) lol just funny coincidences. Anyyyyway. Sending you guys love. This shit is tough. We obviously know it’s for the best and something we had to do but it was still sad yesterday. I truly do know how emotional this can be. So again just sending y’all love and light!

I am also one of those brides that had to “postpone” their wedding due to Covid...and honestly your attitude towards the whole thing has been very helpful for me to come to terms with it as well. Thanks for sharing even though it’s difficult. It’s awkward because you want to be sad and upset about it but then you feel selfish because people are dying and your like “oh poor me and my wedding” and in the grand scheme of things it’s not that big of a deal. But in the not so grand, locked in my house just the two of us scheme of things it’s a really big deal.

These invites are pretty amazing. SO something totally clicked for me yesterday. In the holy Trinity two of them have the same surname (Hart) and all of them have the same letter to start their surname. (H). Of their partners, two of them have the same surname (Morgan) and all three partners last name begin with the same surname (M). And M H are the initials of the person who is part of both of those double surnames Mamrie Hart. Is this cool or have I been in quarantine too long?!?!
