God, I love this song. I usually have to hear a song several times before I like it. I happened upon it one night as I was pulling into my driveway. I stayed in the car after I parked so I could listen to the whole thing, then immediately went inside and downloaded it. It was love at first listen.
I love everything about this, the choreography is so good. Question: Any guesses as to what she's singing in the main vocal loop? I can almost hear words but I'm not sure and while several things suggest themselves to my ear, they are probably mondegreens. "My heart hurts. I won't go down." "My heart's hers My love go down." Any suggestions welcomed. Thanks for posting this.
I always just thought of the 'lyrics' in loop guru music as another instrument, and have never tried to work them out. I have the cd and a seriously good reference system playing through harbeth speakers, and just for kicks I thought I'd give it a go but I still couldn't make it out. It's just so processed that it could have started out as anything. 'my love' is obvious, but the rest ... lol no idea
The vocals were by a singer called, for Loop Guru purposes, Millennia. The lyrics were a real normal set of lyrics, written and recorded by Millennia, which the guru of loop then played in all directions and edited about until it became the vocals on this track.
