They always have been pretty mid imo, not bad, but not great, solid vocals and instrumentals, but take their chorus and breakdowns for example, is always like they are one step away from being extremely catchy, like, right on the verge of being really good but not quite there. A solid band though, they deserve a larger fanbase for sure.

The evolution of this band fascinates me. They went from solid but pretty generic angsty metalcore to being one of the truly greats in the scene for the last 7 or so years. It’s awesome to see.

@@AttilatheThrilla ERRA album was not even close to AOTY. Way too generic songs and production sucked. Alpha Wolf or Avralize hold AOTY spots right now. Imminence will probably win though when it comes out.
@@ohZO_ Alpha Wolf isn't even close to AOTY. Every song sounds the exact same. It's the definition of generic.. IMO, Boundaries album is better than all of them, though.
I feel like, once it's been released, Make Them Suffer's new album will become AOTY.

The progression of LMTF is unreal. The way the stuff I listened to in highschool matched my taste and now even today, Instead of completely changing styling, their sound has just matured.
I can't believe these guys are still so incredible and consistent! Over 10 years of following them and they literally never miss.
