I passed my G test on the first try after watching your route videos and applying your tips. I had route 1 for my test. Driving the test routes with my husband and following your advice made the rules feel like muscle memory on test day. Knowing the route well really helped. I heard from a former examiner that you can pass if you’re making only up to 15-16 minor mistakes. My examiner did point out one mistake which I’m glad she did. On the exit at Simcoe street, I slowed down when I saw an 80 km/h sign, even though the car behind me didn't slow down, which could have caused a collision. Key tips for the test: - Always check traffic and blind spots, especially left-right-left at intersections. - Keep a 2-3 second gap from the car in front. - Merge smoothly and match the speed of traffic. - Maintain highway speeds between 100-105 km/h. - Signal and check blind spots when changing lanes. - Ensure your driving is smooth and free of sudden movements. This will let the examiner know that you have full control of the vehicle. Thanks for your help!
Really appreciate the amazing tips you give in addition to showing the route! I have my G exam in the morning and I’m rewatching your videos, they are so helpful and make me remember all the important details! You deserve all the support and appreciation :)
and are you 100% sure that the signal must be turned until you hit the exit ramp once exiting the highway? I don't want to lose points for keeping my signal on longer than needed.
I saw a speed limit board before entering Simcoe street with 80 km/h begins.. Shouldn't we cut down the speed as we enter the lane, pls help me understand..thanks
When exiting the highway using the off-ramps, what speed do you go? I failed my last test at Oshawa for following the yellow speed signs as my instructor said those were “only for trucks”, so what speed should I be aiming to go?
Let's say there is traffic on the highway on the day of the test , once we get exit the ramp - do we still need to accelerate to 100km/hour prior to merging?
what if i have years of drving exp and i got g1 and went to full g road test, will the full g road test be also considered a modified g test? since i skipped g2? sorry new to ontario. will book my road test this week i cannot do it online dont know why. will call them this week

When on the exit lane, Yes until you reach to the V shape on the left where you drop the speed and turn off the signal
Very good Explanation. Thanks for your effort. what is the speed limit from 14:06?
Thank you. At that point, you are on the ramp to the acceleration lane and can start picking up.
@@oryadrivingacademy So just gradually accelerate to 100km / hour?
@@emtech8112 Yes
@@oryadrivingacademy thank you 🙏
19:27 I’ll do it ❤
Ok
Second ramp is too long. what's the speed limit we have to maintain?
Please check the recommended speed limit and you can go above that for as long as you have a good control of the vehicle.
I saw a speed limit board before entering Simcoe street with 80 km/h begins..
Shouldn't we cut down the speed as we enter the lane, pls help me understand..thanks
Yes please. Always follow the posted speed limit.
@oryadrivingacademy appreciate your quick response, thanks a lot 😊

Check your answer on route #1 video.

@oryadrivingacademy So you don't know? Or give a timestamps.

Traffic and weather, you use your judgement.
