As a retired teacher, I can appreciate how clearly you explain and demonstrate your lessons. I am loving your videos and all the information that you so freely share. A new fan!
Thanks you Lisa!

Thank you for the explanation of Zinc white and it being the same as mixing white! Everyone seems to talk about titanium white, so I didn’t really understand how the zinc white works and am so excited to know about it and try it out.❤
You are a fabulous teacher. I’m enjoying and learning much from you. It’s clear that you want to help the students in your Facebook group(s)/classes learn important principles of composition.
thank you so much Donna!
Wow! So good!
This is an excellent video with fantastic ideas on how to glaze & create light. Very inspiring & I think you’ve just helped me make a major breakthrough in the kinds of paintings I desperately want to do but haven’t been able to achieve. Thank you so much 😊
wow! that is the best thing I can imagine hearing from a viewer
How very generous you are with your art knowledge, tips and how to revive a painting, I love your expression to establish a way out. Your videos are full of information. Greetings from Ontario.
Hi Gail--thanks so much for stopping by to say how much you enjoy my videos. Hope you are staying warm
Very generous share for a beautiful effect thank you
Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your videos I have seen so far. Your calm manner and clear explanations and reasoning have thought me so much in my own struggles to become a better artist (if I dear to call myself a one).💖
I'm happy to hear that the videos enrich your practice. A timely comment--we have just been having a long discussion among members of my Facebook group page Artwork Artplay on calling ourselves artists.
Really loving all of this. So many clever ways to use acrylics! Thanks so much. Its a new angle in my experience. So like watercolour used like this but with the advantages of acrylics too.
Great insight into your process, thanks Alison.
Oooh lovely process, I'm inspired!
Second time of watching this and i'm sure i'll need to wwatch again..!

Nice lesson Allison Thanks!
Thank you, this was extremely important to know, acrylics are new for me.
Love this! Thank you 🙏
That was very informative. Thank you.
You are welcome!
You are so awesome
Could you use gesso in substitution for the titanium do you think? What would the difference be in the outcome of the process if gesso was used? I’m so excited to have found your channel btw! Your style and processes are so different from a lot of the content that’s out there! Your a fantastic teacher, I could listen to your instructions and sharing of knowledge all day. I’m excited to try some new things to help inspire and motivate myself💜
Just found this video, and love your ideas. I'm going to try this on a pond I painted that needs to regain its light! Thanks you so much.
Wow I have learned so much, this will work for watercolor also right!? That is soooo cool!! Thank you all the artists I am subscribed to, teach me new things each and every time I watch you all. I love all media mostly mixed media!👍😃🎨✍☝👀👋
we can create light by glazing white paper, in watercolour, but we have to remember to protect those unpainted areas, for later glazing...

Very informative, thanks for sharing
Thank you for such great demo.
I appreciate and thank you so much for these wonderful demonstrations. I am learning acrylics and love what you do. During the part where you told what colors are transparent the only words I could understand were that green-gold and all the phthalos but could not understand the other group of colors you mentioned. What were they?
probably the Quinacridones
❤❤❤
New subscriber and loving your work. Do you add water to create glazes or medium?
Love the process and your lessons! the overhead light is distracting
Sorry about that
You weren’t listening when she said she couldn’t do anything about the skylight
