Get your clip, export it, add your clip again, add your clip again as a overlay, go to transform then press flip twice and mirror once, add your clip again as a overlay then click splice,(press hard )and then go to your second overlay and go to transform then select crop and then crop the video at the your characters shoes then the bring the second overlay at the bottom

1. Get ur clip
2. Slow it down 0.3x-0.5x
3.export it
4. Add the clip u just exported
5. Add your song or whatever just add some music
6. Click on your song
7. Click beat < auto add beat
8. Every 2 beats split
9.click ur clip < speed

There's also another way I know that takes me just one step!
Press the clip u wanted velocity on. Press style. And there will be an option that says "velocity". Click it. And if u don't have pro or your too broke to get it then just click the first option of every velocity (there are some rainbow velocitys and more that is pro) and if you wanted some light along with the velocity. It will have some light with it.
A little note before doing this:
(If the clip has masking and shading then export it first and add it to ur projects)

I dunno what is she talking abt like this 1:01 " what does she mean make it max speed and decrease it by 0.2 the max speed is 100x and decrease it by 0.2 is 100.98x. But she is doing 1.2??? Can someone explain pls 😅
She meant to say that when u split the other.psrt go back to the one u split before that the take the speed part on the original split part and max it max speed after u make it max speed u make it a bit slower 🫡
