As an Italian of egyptian origins this was awesome to watch. My parent's country appears grim sometimes, but seeing this made me quite emotional. Thank you for the narrative. Which mosque is that?

I spend 9 months researching and preparing for a field shoot, then 3-9 months in the field (in this case in Egypt) filming, then 6 months editing what usually turns out to be a 2-hour documentary series. This is an excerpt from Egypt Beyond the Pyramids.
