I really love the idea to go trough all the procces of game devolapment and teach us something one of the best devlog in the youtube platform 😅😊.And no one gona talk about dick's book 😅.
Yes, it's an HDA and runs in UE with the Houdini Engine. It's pretty sweet because the HDA parameters are exposed in the details panel in UE. We plan on creating a larger system that ties everything together with Houdini's tops/pdg system.
@Skookum Arts Man do I love using houdini for things like these haha. People dont realize the procedurality and the power of Houdini. Its complicated for a good reason and I love every bit of it. This game I was working on required me to use so many HDAs and it surprised my superiors every damn time haha
Good Job Well done , For the imperfection of the walls it seems it's to Much because it's true that walls have imperfection in real life but if they are that exaggerated it means the builder did reaaally a bad Job and those houses are Not safe , I like the art but In My Humble opinion You need to lower Down the intensity of imperfections
Two guys, literally endless possibilities. You're doing a fantastic job!
Can't wait for the next Devlog!
I’m just baffled that you guys master so many software tools! When using only blender and Unity my brain already goes crosseyed
And now my brain is melting.
Looks great as always!
Looking epic!
Great stuff!
this is gonna be awesome

I think this is unusable for game. Just because of too much geometry. But it was interesting to watch. Thanks
