All that build up and waiting, and the folks that have lives and need to make money for a living couldn’t even join the final fight.

The thing is we didn't defeat Doom, we just weakened his armor enough to be rifted away. Now his armor is broken and the powers of Pandora are not stopped from getting into his head, as was talked about early in the season. All we've done is delay the inevitable
I was at a party with some friends that I haven’t seen in over 3 months and have no idea when I’ll see again, and I was excited because I got home not long after the live event, only to find out that the event had already ended. I feel like all live events should happen 2 or 3 times, so that everyone can see them even if they are in very different time zones or actually have a life’s.
A job well done to the Fortnite team for giving us a great event but i really did want Dr Doom to win for once let a villain kick our butts and the story is flipped you know
my theory is that the doom we fought is a clone of the real man but way smaller couz there is no way doom can be taken down that easily,because he needs to see what the rift beacons can do and he adds something to reverse the effects and thats how we go back to chapter 2:edit my name is also Adam BTW can you please give me a shout out

What I wanted for the season was Mephisto tricking Dr.Doom into getting killed or injured so he could take the powers of Pandora box and cause Armageddon on the island. It would have been a great transition to go to Fortnitemares
Fun thing, I didn't even get to start or be in the fight against Doom. It was just a cinematic and then normal game play and that's how I got my first victory royal of the season or technically I had gotten one being Doom from the small rift island but yeah. Thanks Adam for always making amazing videos! Stay awesome Buddy!
Just to note, in my school vr game at the time, the Unknown Pandoran Triadian boss fight happened, and it blows Doom out of the water (The Pandoran Triadian is a massive threat where you must play as The Pro Heroes from My Hero Academia to fight it and as a way to dunk of Doom more it destroyed Latveria first)
Hope is so tied in with the Pandora's box storyline. Even her name is relevant to it. If the Pandora's box storyline is over, then it would make sense for hope to be the one to be sacrificed. Jonesy has been around since the beginning. He knows what happened throughout the history of fortnite and even references it so he can't go. He's also the face of fortnite. You can't replace that.
Hello there Adam I love the live event it was amazing, and there was so many references, 2 Avengers and game that I saw during the live events, because when Hope was using Captain America's shield it gave me Avengers End Game vibes.
If you ask me, I think they’re planning for Jonesy to make the sacrifice that could save the chapter. They sorta hinted that Doom can be damaged through having his energy be directed back at him with vibranium like the vibranium in Cap’s shield, but doing so obviously leads to a lot of damage like with what happened to Hope’s arm. I think that Jonesy is gonna direct an attack so grand that it’ll take Doom down for good, but would ultimately kill himself in the process. Hope obviously has a lot of issues about herself and what she’s supposed to be as a hero, so I feel like Jonesy making this sacrifice for her will prove to her just what a hero is supposed to be.
There has to be something with Hope going to happen since the Heroic Hope skin now has a Pandora’s Chosen style, it’s really intrigued me when that style first got released

Its always a BIG W when theres live events other then Chapter change events But i wonder what,when,how,why so many times we have missed the potential events and what will be also hindering We had Epic doing UEFN, LEGO, RR, FESTIVAL modes as the "Hinder" in chapter 3 to chapter 4 ish But What have we missed, What are hindering them? As i have started to wonder if their "stats" that they collect show something about the live events that either reduce the potential or funding of the projects or if theres some Legal limits or Regulative limits Age rating for example usually has made us not hear any swear words and "un-family-friendly" moments So i wonder whats limiting us :') Though watching this made me understand the event 😂 i hope epic can improve future projects tho to make the storyline more clear too

fr, this was it, this was the big climatic showdown to the season. it felt way to easy and anti climatic. i kinda wished it was like a event were we lost and his teriny expanded. all it was was just a giant boss with a shit ton of hp. like why couldn't it be like the storm king for example. were we could chip down his hp wile doom bots showed up, then after he has tooken to much damage, he stands still wile we chip away at his week spots, hints the battle damage. then the end of the event stays the same. like when i think of a war season, i was still kinda hoping we would get something like season 2 of chapter 3. this felt so anti climatic

One thing I’m a bit confused is that I honestly thought Doom would be the cause of another time reverse to Chapter 2 OG since Chapter 4 stated that the Zero Point is collapsing so they had return to Chapter 1 OG to restore the Zero Point but now why else do we need to return to Chapter 2 OG? Some speculate Pandora’s Box is the Zero Point and so because Doom harness the energy and left the current reality, the power also went away and reality is collapsing again so maybe that’s why they need to return back to Chapter 2 OG to use Midas’s Storm Device to power the Chapter 5 Zero Point back?

Now for an ominous theory. What if Pandora's engery was rifted to that spooky galaxy we saw and now the rift beacons being locked onto its engery signature, slowing pulling it to the island? I know it's a bit farfetched but it would explain the Giant pumpkin in the background of the Fortnightmares "possible" loading screen.
I was just surprised people started attacking and killing me when doom was in the storm. Before I got ABSOLUTELY MURDERED, I just saw some people had medallions and I was like, "Bro, why do you need medallions for this event?" Little did I know , the medallions were gonna be used to kill other players in the lobby. Also was playing on a PS4 pro and fps dropped to 20fps not even joking. But overall a good experience! The only other live event I've been to was the Ariana Grande event.

Why do you think Doom was sent back to his reality? Why would you send him, in his giant state, not knowing that the power would leave him, back to his home where he would pose an even bigger threat? Nah, they sent him to the Pumpkin reality, which is why the Beacons are bringing the reality here, that was their last known connection but now they have reversed their processes.
