I saw Kim Wilde a few years ago, and her niece (the backing singer) stole the show. Akasha seems to have the same lively stage presence, so I hope we'll see more of her in future videos.

I am of an age that was smack bang in the middle of this era as it emerged.
I can confidently state this version if played in the 80’s it would have been embraced as every bit as much as the original.
I cannot give this interpretation higher praise and as a teenager and young adult of the 80’s.
