Really great episodes but GOD is the Frenchie and Kimiko stuff a drag. They have been struggling with their past for the entire show now like they need to move on from that.
They definitely also did the three episode premiere for season 2 of the boys and I think season 3 too it’s just been a while so easy to forget 😊 after that it was released once a week so I’d expect that for season 4!
I would say The Boys is on the same level as Better Call Saul for me, asside from BCS impeccable continuity with Breaking Bad. Just comparing The Boys directly to BCS without factoring in Breaking Bad connections I expect The Boys to surpass BCS for me by the end of it's run. Just a very different show so it's hard to compare them. The social commentary, parody, character relationships and dynamics are all incredible, and I feel they finally found a great balance this season where all the crazy shocking moments tie directly back into the main story with character driven drama instead of just happening for shock value but not really contributing to the plot
