They don't mention that the Benita sank while under tow to Alang....under their watch. It was still part of the salvage, only half the job is done getting it off, you then have to deliver it. It was blatantly obvious the carrier was poorly trimmed, the stern was diving from the get go.
I just don't understand, why these types of Videos (which I love watching) have to have that horrible Music attached to it. For me as the viewer, it ruins the video.
Just the logistic and man work and hours of projects like this are insane to think about. Respect to all that worked on the recovery. Kinda a dope job honestly.
The vessel ran aground after a fight onboard. The chief locked himself up in his cabin after a fight with one of his engineers. Then the vessel changed course all of a sudden and ran aground. Real professionals!
The people who recovered MV BENITA endured this music for 40 days. RESPECT.

I was there, and my right hand got injured during this mission playing the violin.

It was the music that ultimately sunk her. R.i.p.
These Captains should be Jailed for 20 years
Sadly, after all that hard work to refloat her, she later sank while still under tow near the island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean 😥
seems like a bad place to park a ship
Listening to the same music with no narrative for almost 10 minutes was starting to give me a headache.
She's on the cold bottom now. Never made it home. They forgot to mention that in the music video.
As a master mariner with over 20 years exp at Sea, this is something I would never want to exp. in my life.
Heavy rigging videos are addictive. I compare it to the enjoyment of watching Seinfield. Amazing technology, engineering and brave people. !!!!

Thank you for this fantastic documentary.
Heartwrenching to watch history repeating itself!
Clear, concise and to the point. Well done. It’s a pity all RUclips presentations are not like this.👍
Amazing what people can do when given a monumental task...I could've done without the music.
