Just a reminder, there is no separate but equal clause. That was the principle of the court case Plessy v. Ferguson, which enabled racial segregation in the first place. Brown v. Board argued that school segregation violated the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment :)
small mistakes, - US v Lopez: you meant "does not grant *federal gov* unlimited power" - Baker v Carr: "Justiciable", not "Justifiable" - Wisconsin v Yoder : "after" not "in" - Brown v Board of Edu: Equal protection clause of 14th Amendment, not separate but equal clause (which was established by Plessy v Ferguson, not the 14th amendment) (cramming the day before too lol)

Since the Judiciary may exercise the power of judicial review, it stands to reason that this power is inherent in the people, and said power is exercised by their consent. The people, so empaneled as a jury, may directly exercise their inherent power of judicial review in any controversy they choose to do so.
