Interesting the video makes mention of 'propping' the balcony door open to hear the waves. Our balcony room's door could not (easily) be propped open, and there was signage indicating not to do so (per impact on the temperature controls). We've had balconies on several other cruise lines, and I believe this was the first one that didn't have a built-in stop to keep it propped open...it proved to be a real pain when getting room service and needing to move items to/from the balcony (door was not easy to open). On a positive note, the balcony was relatively large as compared to other cruise lines.
