Holy shit this should be getting more coverage. Everything about this mouse seems hella legit from the shape, sensor, battery life and the hot swappable keys + adjustable switch tension. These features are like every mouse enthusiasts dream because of the amount of personal customization available. As you mentioned $150 is not a bad price considering the amount of goodies you get compared to an GPX at the same price. Switches start double clicking? Easily swap them out and enjoy another year of usage. I recently got an Atlantis Mini because the X2 Mini was a little too flat on the sides, but this Ironcat mouse seems to have nicer grooves like the Atlantis so might just have to cop soon. Thanks for the review!
The only down side is if you want a sub 60g mouse this might be too heavy for some peoples taste, but I find the weight light enough. This is low key my favorite mouse right now. I ordered a pile of other switches to try out on it also. I did tell Boardzy about it and it looks like he will be doing a review on it soon as he did a RUclips short on this mouse. I saw this mouse back in the fall but has no way to buy it being in the USA. So I talked Mechkeys.com into stocking it and then sending me a review sample. My goal is just to bring awareness to mice people have never heard of. So far it seems to be working. I have a ton of other Chinese mice reviews on the way soon! Glad you enjoyed the review!
the unboxing seems lowkey overwhelming and the name sounds like a chemical compound haha that's an insane amount of customization! the back drawing area seems like it has a lot of potential in the future
Sorry for bugging you again lol, but now that you've used the hpc02 more extensively, how close is it to the m42 (with the higher back for both mice)? Asking cuz I adore the m42 shape and want to make sure the hpc02 is really close to it before buying.
Can you update long term review of this mouse. I intend to buy this mouse but some other reviewer has problem with quality issue like scrollwheel and rattle of tensioning adjustment feature
If you get the Pro model you get all that stuff. They did not even know it came with all that stuff. I only knew because I translated Chinese reviews and they said it is standard. There is a cheaper non-pro model that does not have all the extras or the hot swap ability. The only positive is that model is 5gs lighter but you are stuck with Kailh 8.0 switches unless you want to solder new switches.
Are you sure the $75 one is the non-pro version without the hotswaps? I believe when I liked the pro one was like $94 on there. I just have never been able to get an account setup I order to buy something off there.
@@Gen3DTech Yes. The transparent one with hotswap cost 510 yuan = 75 usd. The non transparent / non hotswap version cost 410 yuan = 60 usd. You can get the pouch and mousepad for additional 23usd not worth imo.
the g pro superlight is 63g so a 5g difference can’t be that much right? it’s also around the same price as the superlight so how do you think it compares? also does the lever on the bottom ever interfere with movement
The skates on the Ironcat mouse are much better and so it helps the mouse feel pretty light. They feel very similar weight-wise to me. As for the lever the lever is actually below the surface of the base slightly, and the skates a decently thick. I never have felt it snag on anything if that is what you are wondering. The glide on the mouse is actually really good!
@@Gen3DTech i currently own a superlight and need a second mouse for another pc and was considering buying another superlight but i might try this mouse cause i won’t be seriously gaming on that pc. thank for the review!
Was waiting to see when you'd post this after seeing you got it on Reddit!
Glad to see someone posting about it

I believe it would be similar to the medium sized one. I have the mini one.

Did mechkeys send you all the extras since it was a review unit?? Or is that standard?

love the hot swap feature. looks a little like it could be broken lol but not bad
I pushed pretty hard on the levers and they are stronger than they look, but yea, you probably need to be careful.
I have downloaded the driver, but it still isn't detected. Is there a solution?
Hello quick question please . It the middle scroll click hard ? I need to spam while gaming thanks.
Does it have 0ms debounce time
I thought this was suppose to have 2000hz polling rate, but I don't see it in the drivers? Is it actually available?
It doesn't, the "2K" model is a tad misleading, it just comes with different switches. Huanuo transparent vs Kaihua black mamba
sorry could u reply me! i got issue with connect driver of this mouse. how could i fix error "gaming mouse is disconnected"?
That might mean you need to update the firmware.
If you get it from taobao you can get it for 75usd excluding shipping, 150usd is 2x the original price reseller is mad lol.

@@supaweeb4076 ah…well I agree a $150 is a lot but it is the only way I was able to get it.
How to download software?

Do you own an mz1 black? It has the best coating I’ve ever used and I was wondering if it compares?
I have a white MZ1 wireless. The coating is different.

how is the battery life , Been searching everywhere
Just look up their physical specifications. 300mA battery with 44hours with 1000Hz (lights off)
mine doesnt work while charging TT ,wireless works noramlly
Maybe try different USB ports. Mine works while plugged in so it should work for you. You might have to RMA the mouse.
I wish other mouse easy to swap like Asus / But I guess it about copy right and I hate Asus software :| So I guess this one is not bad
Кто-нибудь нашел эту мышь на Алике?
that moving wallpaper on monitor reduce value of video
im ngl that looks awful
Rly? It looks like a frosted xm1r and its one of the most popular mouse tbh
If you click the link where you can order it, you will see the solid white, solid black, clear white, and frosted black.
@@Gen3DTech no I mean it looks like a clunky product. But what do I know
